(10) We submitted our company information but could not find it in your database.
If you have only submitted supplier information, but have not submitted any products, your company will not appear. You must have at least one product to be listed as a supplier.

(11) We submitted a standard link, but we are not yet a supplier of this product in your database.

Currently the limit of free standard links for one company is 50. Please contact info@chemblink.com to verify submission numbers, add or remove products.

(14) When submitting products, a message pops up saying "Form could not be processed due to a temporary system error", what should I do?
Most likely a malfunction caused by submitting improper data, such as wrong format of email address, etc. Please carefully review the submitted content again before submitting.

(15) What is the difference between premium links and standard links?
Premium suppliers have their names and links displayed directly on the top left side of the product page, while standard suppliers are displayed alphabetically on the product supplier page. When buyers find the product page they need, they immediately see premium suppliers' information and inquiry links. Only when the product is not submitted by any premium suppliers, the buyer can click on the link of "Complete supplier list" to enter the supplier page to submit inquiries to the standard suppliers. If a product has been submitted as a Premium Link by certain suppliers, only those suppliers will be displayed on the product page, and the supplier page displaying a list of other standard suppliers will not be accessible. In this way, chemBlink offers manufacturers of premium products more opportunities for inquiries.

(16) What should I do after the first year of registration?
Each chemBlink member supplier can submit up to 50 products as standard links for free after registration. During the first year of membership, companies become familiar with chemBlink's services. Beginning in the second year of membership, suppliers are encouraged to choose chemBlink's premium service to promote their most competitive products and qualify to use up to 300 free standard links. Please refer to "(15) What is the difference between premium links and standard links?" and "(5) How to submit products for premium links or massive links?".

(17) As a free information website, why does chemBlink charge for it?
The main service items of chemBlink are free open resources, and the main product promotion is also free text links. chemBlink only charges a small fee from those suppliers who accept additional services to to cover maintenance costs such as servers, licenses and workforce.

(18) When I submit a product, I receive a message saying "You submitted xxxx-xx-x which is a product with a premium link.", what should I do?br> chemBlink offers customers a free advertising plan (Standard Linking) and a paid service (Premium Linking). If the products you submit are already listed as premium products (i.e. other suppliers have paid for text links of those products), those suppliers will be displayed at the top of the product page and receive inquiries directly. Your company will be listed in the standard supplier list on a separate product supplier page and will not be visible to buyers. You can ignore this message. However, you may also consider submitting the product as a premium link to appear on the product page. See "(15) What is the difference between advanced links and standard links?".

(19) What is a CAS Filter?
The CAS numbers you are trying to submit may be invalid (i.e. they do not correctly contain the number as defined by the CAS formula) or have been submitted as premium links (i.e. other vendors have paid for text links of these products). While you'll be notified when you submit, it can be annoying if you have a lot of these CAS numbers in your submission. CAS Filter enables you to find all invalid or disallowed CAS numbers with one click. A link to CAS Filter can be found on the submission page.

(20) What is a Premium supplier?
Premium suppliers refer to suppliers who participate in the premium linking plan offerred by chemBlink, and promote their strong products on the chemBlink platform. Similarly, suppliers participating in the standard linking plan are called standard suppliers, and suppliers participating in the massive linking plan are called massive suppliers. chemBlink is an online database and chemical search engine and makes no commitment to verify the qualifications of member suppliers. Suppliers are fully legally responsible for their own services and product quality. However, chemBlink requires suppliers to provide the basic information and business license of the company through service plans such as premium linking, and constrains its business behavior with recognized norms. Suppliers are obliged to fulfill the commitments agreed in the contract regarding services, product quality and resisting false advertisements, and obtain the qualification of premium link suppliers, and thus obtain the in-depth services of chemBlink. On the other hand, chemBlink protects the interests of buyers by tracking user inquiries, providing a spam reporting system, and establishing a supplier evaluation system. chemBlink does not intervene in commercial disputes between buyers and sellers, but provides a platform for communication and coordination. All suppliers with proven evidence of deceiving consumers through false or invalid advertisements shall be deleted immediately. The premium supplier program of chemBlink is beneficial to both buyers and sellers. We hope that more suppliers can obtain the qualification of premium suppliers through programs such as premium linking.

(21) What is the difference between massive links and premium links?
The same thing between the premium link and the massive link is that they are displayed on the product page, and visitors can see the links of these two types of paid suppliers and directly inquire without going to the product supplier page. Their differences are:
  • The premium link is always above the massive link.
  • The premium link can be seen when the product page is displayed, but the massive link can only be displayed in the expanded list after clicking the "More Suppliers" link.
  • Premium suppliers will block all free standard suppliers of this product, thereby reducing competition in inquiry, while masssive suppliers do not block other suppliers, but visitors need to turn to the product supplier page to visit other suppliers.
If a company has popular products and has many competitors, submitting these products as premium links can block all other suppliers who do not have paid services, while always being on the top of the product page, but with a higher price. Companies with a large number of products may consider using massive links, as the supplier will still appear on the product page, albeit at a lower position and requiring a click to display. Massive suppliers have a much better chance of being seen by visitors than standard suppliers that only show up on another page. The massive linking plan is popular with suppliers wishing to advertise a large volume of products due to its apparent cost-effectiveness. If your company has thousands of products ready to launch, massive linking should be the appropriate choice. If your company has dozens or hundreds of products with many competitors, we recommend considering premium links.

(22) Does chemBlink accept online payments?
Yes. You can pay your invoice online with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. See Pay Your Invoice Online for details.
